• 2+ years experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Sales Administration role. • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM). • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with reports and dashboards. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support team members. • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems. • Experience with Jotform, Chorus, ZoomInfo, Slack, and other sales technologies. • Experience supporting a SaaS or technology-focused sales team. • Understanding of basic sales processes and funnel metrics.
