📋 Description

• Design and deploy cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) aligned with the City’s needs • Migrate applications and data to the cloud while minimizing downtime • Optimize costs and performance of cloud environments • Automate infrastructure deployment and management using DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, ARM Templates, etc.) • Collaborate with security teams to implement protective measures (e.g., encryption, RBAC, private networks) • Ensure high availability and resilience of cloud services • Document architectures, procedures, and best practices • Train internal teams on cloud tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure administration, including at least 3 years with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Holding certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent is an asset • Proficiency in Azure (or AWS/GCP): virtual machines, networking, storage, security • Experience with DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines) • Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless technologies (Functions, Lambda) • Understanding of cloud security concerns (Zero Trust, IAM, etc.) • Ability to work in a team and communicate with non-technical stakeholders • Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems
