📋 Description

• Administer the process for Teladoc Health Medical Group, P.A. employed practitioners to obtain additional state licenses • Contact practitioners to obtain license documents • Pre-fill license applications and documents • Collect, organize, track, and manage materials requested by state boards, including fingerprint cards/background checks, jurisprudence exams, CE courses, peer references, transcripts, supervision requests, license verifications, employment affiliations, notarized forms, photos, and board certification • Submit applications to licensing boards and compacts • Frequently follow up with licensing boards and compacts to obtain application statuses • Enter issued license information into the credentialing database • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) • 1+ year provider licensing experience preferred • 1+ years’ experience in a healthcare administrative/operations environment preferred • Experience working with all types of medical professions, including nurses, doctors, and mental health professionals • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt quickly to change while meeting aggressive deadlines • Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Travel of ≤ 10%
