📋 Description

• Provide strategic business analysis services to business partners • Work closely with business units to understand customer business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and operating context • Document capabilities needed to address business challenges • Demonstrate current Information Systems expertise and apply it to develop, execute, and improve action plans • Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs • Lead or participate in multiple projects • Complete and update project documentation • Manage project scope, schedules, daily priorities, delivery of tasks and milestones, escalation paths, and customer and supplier relationships • Identify, create, and facilitate complex process design changes through business and systems process analysis • Focus on quality improvement and data management while ensuring data reliability and validity • Implement business solutions through stakeholder relationships, business-needs identification, necessary processes, and progress monitoring • Produce project analysis documentation including business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future-state proposals, and UAT plan • Understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working on large-scale projects and handling day-to-day operational requests from the business • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Understanding of indices, fundamentals, analytical data, and returns-level data • Superior quantitative and communication capabilities • Ability to think creatively and tactically and work well in a team environment • Expertise in business tools and systems administration, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce • Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard creation skills • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or business analyst roles • Proven track record of high performance in demanding settings, ideally with exposure to a public company environment • Prior sales experience preferred but not required • Experience in healthcare and/or technology industries preferred but not required • Experience with commercial and analytics tools such as SFDC, Upland product suite, and Tableau preferred • Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship • Must pass identity and credential verification, interviews, and fraud or misrepresentation screening
