• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills • Proven ability to own and close complex deals • 10+ years in technical or solution sales with revenue accountability • Experience in aerospace, defence, industrial, or regulated markets • Ability to engage with engineers, procurement, and executives • Financial acumen in pricing, margins, and forecasting • CRM proficiency and territory autonomy • Advantage: Experience with airborne ISR or public safety solutions
