📋 Description

• Own the management of our revenue technology stack including HubSpot, Churnzero, Intercom, and sales tools (Clay, Attention, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) • Execute system integrations and data flow optimization between platforms • Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies to enhance revenue team productivity • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all revenue systems • Optimize existing end-to-end revenue processes from marketing qualified lead to customer expansion using automated workflows and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. • Create scalable processes that support rapid team growth and international expansion • Develop process documentation, training materials, and change management protocols • Drive the implementation and optimization of AI solutions across revenue functions • Execute initiatives to leverage AI for predictive analytics, customer scoring, and process automation • Support data preparation and model training for AI implementations • Stay current on revenue operations trends and emerging technologies • Own end-to-end operations for webinars and digital events including strategy, setup, execution, and analytics • Manage organic and paid social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Reddit including scheduling, campaign measurement, and performance tracking • Design and execute comprehensive customer survey and feedback programs including NPS, CSAT, product feedback, and event follow-up surveys • Analyze survey results and customer feedback to identify emerging themes and deliver actionable recommendations to product and customer-facing teams • Build and maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance, webinar engagement, social media metrics, and customer feedback programs • Document standard operating procedures for campaigns, webinars, surveys, customer marketing programs, and social media management • Own revenue forecasting accuracy and pipeline reporting across all segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise) • Design and maintain executive dashboards tracking key revenue metrics, conversion rates, and customer health • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and optimization areas

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related strategic operations roles • Proven track record in B2B SaaS companies with complex sales cycles and post-sale growth • Experience scaling operations through high-growth phases (50-200%+ annual growth) • Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot (certifications preferred) • Strong experience with customer success platforms (Churnzero preferred) • Hands-on experience with support and communication tools (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.) • Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms) with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations • Proficiency in automation and workflow tools, familiarity with AI/ML applications • Project management expertise with ability to lead complex, multi-department initiatives • Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders • Strong change management and process improvement capabilities • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Bonus: Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL) for data analysis and integration projects
