📋 Description

• Create new billing accounts in the system • Compare property address data across spreadsheets and the system of record for billing rebate processing • Log matches for billing rebate purposes • Update reports monthly and quarterly • Monitor and track technician service activity through National Account customer portals • Identify incomplete technician service work orders and flag them for follow-up • Compile and distribute weekly spreadsheets for supervisors • Maintain data accuracy across Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Process daily and monthly billing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Associate degree or related field OR equivalent years of experience • One year of related professional experience for each year of college requested when substituting experience • Proven experience in administrative support or a relevant data entry or reporting role • Experience managing and comparing large data sets • Experience navigating customer portals or similar digital service platforms • Experience managing corporate billing and invoicing • Proficiency with Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI, Tableau and/or QlikView • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • High attention to detail • Must be able to resolve conflicts and disputes in a non-violent and non-disruptive manner • Must safely operate a vehicle on public streets if driving a company vehicle is required
