📋 Description

• Build scalable, maintainable software solutions across full stack development • Develop using AI augmented workflows, actively leveraging and improving Claude Code workflows with MCP connections to production data, Jira, Notion, Sentry, and Datadog • Diagnose bugs and address root causes to enhance stability; participate in on call rotations • Actively engage in code reviews and technical discussions • Systematically identify and mitigate technical debt • Stay current with emerging technologies and participate in learning opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years developing with modern web frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Django, or similar) • Experience with front end technologies: React, Angular, TypeScript, or comparable tools • Full stack capability with potential specialization in one area • Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and cross functional discussions • Active daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) with demonstrated productivity gains • Preferred: Specific expertise in Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native • Preferred: Experience building reusable AI workflows, skills, or tooling that others can use • Preferred: Infrastructure as code experience (AWS CDK, Terraform) • Preferred: Data platform experience (Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt) • Preferred: Early stage startup background
