📋 Description

• Complete pricing-related activities for “Full Contracted Retail Value” transparent clients, including development of custom network pricing • Coordinate with Network Ops to ensure production price points reflect desired rates • Monitor and track client and provider performance • Complete financial assessments of re-contracted retail network rates • Use tools and financial models to support forecasting, reporting, and analysis for decision makers • Assist in building reporting for annual plan, monthly operating report, and mid-year projection discussions • Meet collaboratively with clients to discuss financial or operational issues and opportunities • Participate in client interactions to build relationships, direct strategy, and triage issues • Work collaboratively with health plan retail network clients, account management, supply chain, financial client operations, pricing, and external client partners • Develop tracking reports and communicate known risks or opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 1+ years of experience in Finance or Supply Chain • Experience in financial modeling and financial planning and analysis • Experience in PBM retail network pricing, including client and/or provider guarantee management • Experience in SQL • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros • Comfort working in dynamic and deadline-driven environments • If working from home, internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
