📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients and help manage their projects • Stay current regarding clients' needs and business evolution to maximize client satisfaction • Maintain current knowledge of products and services across all platforms • Assist in training the sales team on attribution products and services • Collaborate with Sales Managers to deliver services and maintain client relationships • Track and measure progress on advertiser investments and keep sales staff informed of status • Collaborate with Sales staff pre-sales to determine optimal product mix for client KPIs and goals • Collaborate with the Ad Operations Campaign Manager on optimization strategies for campaign success • Use business intelligence and data visualization tools to communicate KPI achievement to clients and increase client retention

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics or related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field preferred • Experience in digital media strongly preferred • Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Tableau preferred • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance with the company required insurance limits • Exceptional analytical abilities including data visualization • Demonstrated ability using statistical analysis and research to drive positive change in a business setting • Familiarity with data engineering tools/techniques, including scenario modeling, pattern detection, sentiment analysis, decision trees, optimization, and regression analysis • Advanced written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Consultative client management approach • Strong problem-solving ability • Excellent time management, prioritizing and multitasking skills • High attention to detail • Ability to work independently and with a team • Understanding of web technologies strongly preferred
