📋 Description

• Manage products, inventory, purchase orders, and operational data within the company's ERP system • Maintain accurate product, inventory, and system records • Coordinate data between the ERP system and Amazon Seller Central • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and operational issues • Generate reports and analyze data to support business decisions • Learn and apply new software, tools, and processes efficiently • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and workflows • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken) • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Acumatica, or similar platforms • Previous experience supporting e-commerce operations or Amazon businesses is a plus but not required • Excellent computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management) • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs • Interested in long-term career opportunities. • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet
