📋 Description

• Support moderately complex learning design workstreams end-to-end, ensuring quality, alignment to standards, and timely delivery. • Design digital, blended, microlearning, and develop instructor-led learning experiences that support business, product, and learner needs. • Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze learning needs, clarify requirements, and translate content into effective learning solutions. • Develop structured learning assets, including objectives, outlines, storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator materials, and learner resources. • Review, test, and refine learning content to ensure accuracy, usability, accessibility, instructional effectiveness, and alignment with brand and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack or similar platforms for collaboration, documentation and design. • Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid design and delivery approaches. • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and their functional abilities, such as Articulate Storyline/Rise. • Working knowledge of instructional design models and learning science, such as ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, scenario-based learning and performance-based design. • Strong Preference: Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across Financial Services business areas. • Nice-to-have: Adobe After Effects experience. • Nice-to-have: Experience with learning management systems. • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
