âą Own the day-to-day revenue operations, working in close and direct alignment with the CEO âą Lead a lean sales organization, ensure daily pipeline excellence, proper division of labor, and consistent target achievement âą Design, test, and rapidly iterate on multi-channel outbound sequences, cold calling/email scripts, and inbound playbooks âą Cultivate a transparent, high-energy, and zero-ego startup culture
âą 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development âą Proven track record of working directly with a CEO or executive founders âą Experience building process-heavy operations in flat organizations âą Deep tactical comfort with setting up CRM workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) âą Experience with distributed remote teams âą Full availability to work directly during US Eastern and Pacific Timezone hours
