📋 Description
• Identify and qualify state and commercial RFPs across all three TWF divisions • Bid-no-bid analysis with TWF leadership • Full proposal lifecycle: kickoff, compliance matrix, schedule, color reviews, production, submission • Coordinate SME input across TWF Founding Partners and consultants • Build TWF's response library (past performance, key personnel, technical narratives, pricing structures) • Post-submission tracking and debrief capture
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years experience in proposal and bid management • APMP credential preferred • State HHS or behavioral health contracting experience strongly preferred
