📋 Description

• Lead ERP system implementation, configuration, and customization • Analyze business processes and align them with ERP functionalities • Oversee data migration from legacy systems • Provide training and support to employees • Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and enhance performance • Ensure post-implementation monitoring and continuous improvement • Guide organizations through ERP planning, configuration, and post-launch optimization • Help businesses evolve and scale through technology

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO and Acumatica) • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or a related field (preferred) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Background in Finance or Accounting is a plus • Travel required for different implementation assignments • Ability to work office based or remote/work from home
