📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at target accounts • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs • Work with internal teams to scope solutions and set client expectations • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas for new business • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to post-sale support teams • Represent BEC at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences as needed • Remote role with up to 40% travel required

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B software sales experience, with a focus on new business acquisition • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills • Experience selling in complex or solution-based environments preferred • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools • Legal tech industry experience a strong asset • A determined self-starter who thrives in a hunter role • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Resilient, adaptable, and results-oriented • High integrity, professionalism, and client focus
