📋 Description
• Serve as the point of contact for the overall performance of the team • Receive feedback and suggestions from direct reports and work with the Underwriting Operations team to prioritize team initiatives • Make hiring decisions, schedule the team, and process payroll • Identify and groom promising talent on the team • Ensure all team members are fully trained and up to date on company initiatives • Train a team of trainers to assist with new hire and ad hoc training • Administer Performance Improvement Plans when necessary to guide the team to perform up to standard
🎯 Requirements
• Must be fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written • Requires a master’s degree in enterprise risk management or finance • No experience required • Must have graduate coursework in Insurance risk management and Operational risk management
