📋 Description

• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and connect with potential clients. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria. • Schedule discovery calls for the CEO or sales team with qualified prospects. • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't taken the next step. • Track interactions and maintain accurate lead data using CRM and spreadsheets. • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize messaging and outreach strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or appointment-setting role • B2B (bonus if in coaching, consulting, or publishing) • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Comfortable using Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and Zoom • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote team environment • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours • A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, publishing, personal development, or thought leadership.
