📋 Description

• Provide advanced remote technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific's Ion Chromatography (IC), Sample Preparation (SP), Liquid Chromatography (LC/HPLC), and Discrete Industrial Analyzer (DIA) product portfolio • Partner with customers and Field Service Engineers to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and application issues • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Field Service to improve remote resolution and support new product introductions • Deliver an exceptional customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience supporting analytical instrumentation • Hands-on experience supporting Ion Chromatography (IC) and Sample Preparation (SP) instrumentation • Experience using Chromeleon™ Chromatography Data System for instrument control, method development, data acquisition, and troubleshooting • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills involving analytical instrumentation, hardware, software, and laboratory applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts • Demonstrated ability to build customer confidence through active listening, clear communication, and effective remote troubleshooting • Ability to travel up to 15%
