📋 Description
• Program management consultants are responsible for supporting the execution of complex Omni-channel and Marketing Technology execution programs. • Developing implementation schedules • Managing complex teams of internal stakeholders and external partners • Driving execution and integration of programs across work-streams • Tracking and mitigating risks • Managing change • Providing subject matter expertise on digital campaign or marketing technology execution
🎯 Requirements
• Established independent consulting practice • Proven experience in a Program Management role at an agency, consulting firm or Life Sciences company • Track record of delivering Omni-channel campaign and technology programs that make a measurable impact • Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding project leadership and Omni-channel campaigns or Marketing technologies • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to drive execution diplomatically • Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion • Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills • Strong understanding of strategic marketing process • Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
