📋 Description

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously • Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system • Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary • Work from a home-based environment while using a computer and telephone headset

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace • Must complete a full application, including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening (does not apply in Canada)
