📋 Description

• Conduct outbound and/or inbound calls to promote products and services • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions • Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process • Work from home as part of a virtual sales team • Use a computer, telephone headset, and other office equipment while sitting or standing for long periods • Occasionally move about the office, reach, raise or lower objects, and move or exert force up to 40 pounds

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous sales or call center experience preferred • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and goal oriented • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening; does not apply in Canada • Must complete a full application including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test
