📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally • Assist customers with inquiries • Provide accurate information about products and services • Document customer interactions in the system • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments • Operate a computer, telephone headset, and other office equipment • Sit or stand for long periods while performing computer- and telephone-based duties

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred • Strong communication and active listening skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace • Must complete a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test • Must be authorized to work in Canada • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint • Must submit to drug screening; this does not apply in Canada
