📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers • Promote products, services, or special offers • Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups as needed • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions • Meet or exceed daily call and conversion targets • Operate a computer, telephone headset, and other office equipment • Sit or stand for long periods while performing computer- and telephone-based duties • Occasionally move about the office and move or exert force up to 40 pounds

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and results driven • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must complete the full company application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting • Must be willing to submit to drug screening; does not apply in Canada
