📋 Description

• Own programs end-to-end: scope the work, define the structure, build the delivery approach, and drive execution • Lead program initiation, including stakeholder identification, scope definition, sequencing, and governance setup • Manage complex, cross-functional stakeholder landscapes • Make strategic decisions about program structure, sequencing, and trade-offs • Provide clear scope, structure, and direction for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers • Drive cross-org alignment above pod level • Own delivery health reporting across your programs • Identify and manage program-level risks

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in program or project delivery, with clear evidence of growth from execution into program ownership • PMP or equivalent certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, PgMP) • Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven business • Track record of owning full programs from initiation through delivery • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-function stakeholder landscapes • Strategic thinking applied to program structure, sequencing, and trade-offs • Proven cross-org alignment above pod level • Strong delivery health and reporting capability at program level • Ability to provide clear scope, direction, and structure for project delivery staff • Ownership mentality
