📋 Description

• Own strategy, discovery, and roadmap prioritization for an assigned product or product area • Translate customer and market insight into a validated, prioritized set of initiatives • Use AI tooling to validate problems and solutions before engineering time is committed • Build working prototypes with AI-assisted tools when they are the fastest way to reduce uncertainty • Test prototypes with customers and internal stakeholders and carry evidence into prioritization and requirements • Partner with UX Design on research, validation, and design review • Work alongside Engineering in the AI-driven development lifecycle from planning and specialist/agent selection through build, review, and fix loops • Capture learnings from development cycles and stay current on AI tooling • Write unambiguous, testable requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers, designers, and AI agents • Partner with Engineering to turn roadmap priorities into a delivery plan • Track and report product-level success metrics after launch • Communicate roadmap status, tradeoffs, and risks to product leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS • Experience owning discovery and roadmap decisions for a defined product area • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable saying no and explaining why • Working familiarity with agile delivery models • Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools (for example Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar); able to produce a working prototype, not only a specification • Experience working in an AI-assisted or AI-driven development lifecycle, or a demonstrated record of adopting new tooling and ways of working quickly • Preferred: Experience with cybersecurity training, cyber ranges, workforce readiness, or learning platforms (LMS/LXP) • Preferred: Experience building for or selling to DoD, federal, or SLED customers, including familiarity with procurement, security, and compliance constraints • Preferred: Familiarity with cyber workforce competency frameworks (NICE Framework, DCWF, DoD 8140) and assessment-driven readiness models • Preferred: Prior experience partnering with and directing a delivery team • Preferred: A portfolio of prototypes or shipped features built or materially shaped with AI tooling
