📋 Description

• Apply US GAAP, particularly ASC 606, to contracts for revenue recognition • Analyze general ledger activity and perform account reconciliations • Prepare special financial status reports and complete special projects • Review department and GL account coding for appropriateness • Perform bank reconciliations • Prepare recurring, non-recurring, and adjusting journal entries • Assist with variance analysis during the period-end close process • Prepare audit schedules with the GL team for a timely year-end audit • Assist with sales tax returns • Provide financial information and documentation for tax preparer requests • Document and maintain accounting policies • Collaborate and communicate with internal departments • Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as the business grows • Contribute professionally with a positive attitude

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting or auditing • US GAAP knowledge, including ASC 606 • Proficient in MS Office • Advanced skills in Excel • Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Consistent attendance and reliability • Must submit verification of legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred • Experience in healthcare, healthcare data, pharma, etc. a plus
