📋 Description

• Provide primary accounting support for the Rebate model • Review department and GL account coding of transactions for appropriateness • Perform bank reconciliations • Assist in preparing standard recurring and non-recurring journal entries, including adjusting entries • Support collection and preparation of data for sales tax returns • Assist in providing accurate financial information and documentation for tax preparer requests • Work collaboratively and communicate with several internal departments • Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as the business grows and changes • Contribute to the organization professionally with a positive attitude • Support the monthly accounting process and participate in project-based initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred • 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or auditing preferred • US GAAP knowledge • Proficient in MS Office • Advanced skills in Excel • Exceptional organizational skills, follow-up skills and attention to detail • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Consistent attendance and reliability • Experience in healthcare, healthcare data, pharma, etc. a plus • Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship
