📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of redesign, migration, and ongoing support projects • Act as the primary point of contact between Third and Grove and clients • Establish relationships with clients, internal teams, and client stakeholders • Develop and manage project documentation, including timelines, project plans, meeting notes, and budget trackers • Support project scoping by gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks • Manage project execution from kickoff through launch, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery • Forecast and manage project resources according to budgets, schedules, and team capacity • Monitor project health and identify and escalate risks or blockers • Collaborate with strategy, design, development, and QA teams • Participate in QA reviews • Lead internal check-ins, client status meetings, and milestone reviews • Communicate progress, risks, and next steps to leadership and clients • Share feedback, lessons learned, and process improvement ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working at an agency • 2–4 years of experience managing web development projects and retainers • Drupal and/or WordPress experience required • Shopify, Contentful, and Headless experience a strong plus • Intellectually curious and committed to clients and teammates • Excellent listening, writing, and speaking skills • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines across multiple projects • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to build trust with clients through professionalism and dependability • Extremely detail oriented • Ability to work well with remote teams • Comfortable working in a technical environment • Eager to learn and open to mentorship • Must live and work in the United States
