📋 Description

• Own execution of approved enterprise priorities from planning through implementation and adoption • Lead complex technology, operational, process improvement, and organizational implementation projects across business units and functions • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables • Coordinate across DP Holdings (Group), DP 4-Wall, and Yourgi to ensure alignment and execution • Monitor project progress through tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive updates • Facilitate stakeholder communication, change management, testing, rollout, and adoption • Drive multiple high-priority initiatives concurrently and reduce project backlog

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives • Demonstrated success managing complex projects from initiation through implementation • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority • Proficiency with project management methodologies
