📋 Description

• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements • Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host and identify and resolve event-related errors • Work with clients, promoters, marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations, support, and client support teams when creating events and distributing event information • Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients • Participate in on-call rotation, providing after-hours, weekend, and holiday client support • Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Event Specialist, EM Manager, or Regional Director of Event Management • Collect, review, input, and verify accurate data in Ticketmaster’s proprietary Host programming system • Follow procedural best practices and established standards and verify programming output

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, and holidays • Computer literacy with excellent data entry skills • Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities • Creativity, latitude, and problem-solving ability • Overall awareness of the entertainment business • Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail • High level of proficiency in English, both verbal and written • Working knowledge of French is encouraged but not required • 1–2 years’ experience with Ticketmaster systems such as Host is an asset • Box Office experience is an asset
