📋 Description

• Own delivery outcomes across multiple technology initiatives, setting scope and sequencing for teams and projects • Partner with engineering and business leadership to decide team priorities, sequencing, and resourcing • Solve complex, ambiguous delivery problems involving cross-team dependencies, resourcing conflicts, and competing priorities • Build sustainable intake and prioritization practices across engineering, data, and business teams • Help shape the technology project management practice, including tools, templates, and delivery standards • Identify systemic process or vendor-relationship gaps and work with the team to address them • Provide executive leadership with proactive visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs • Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders • Bridge technical and business conversations at a strategic level • Lead complex or high-visibility initiatives directly • Mentor and coach team members informally without formal management responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, including experience building or maturing a PM function • Financial services or comparable regulated industry experience preferred but not required • Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional initiatives with direct accountability for outcomes, not just coordination • Comfort building process and structure from scratch, and making resourcing and prioritization decisions with incomplete information • Experience partnering with senior and executive stakeholders, including direct executive-level reporting • Strong grounding in Agile and Lean principles, with experience adapting them to fit a team's actual needs rather than applying them rigidly
