📋 Description

• Assist in building production facilities from the ground up • Pull, prepare, and stage parts and equipment for system builds • Read, understand, and work from basic CAD drawings, construction documents, wiring diagrams, and plumbing schematics • Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts • Frequently travel to different sites to provide assistance as needed • Work within and promote Tidal Vision’s Mission Driven Culture Core Values and Principles • Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting other functional areas and balancing workload demands

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a shop or warehouse atmosphere, or as a machinist, welder, or fabricator • Familiarity with PVC and metal work, including welding, fitting, and assembly • Knowledge of FCAW, GMAW, and TIG welding processes • Experience using hand and powered tools and equipment safely • Experience with safe manufacturing practices in a production/shop environment • Basic computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email • Ability to effectively interface with customers and vendors in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable with up to 75% travel to job sites • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel 2 to 3 weeks at a time and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed • Subject to a criminal background check and drug screening • Preferred: previous construction experience • Preferred: experience with rigging • Existing/current forklift certification is a plus • CDL or Chauffeur license is a plus • Basic electrical knowledge is a plus • Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods; lift 50 lbs or more; climb; crouch; operate tools; and wear appropriate PPE
