📋 Description

• Build and operate multi-cloud AWS and GCP infrastructure • Manage and automate AWS services including EKS, EC2, IAM, and S3 • Manage and automate GCP services including GKE, Cloud Functions, and BigQuery • Maintain and expand Terraform infrastructure as code, including provisioning and drift detection • Migrate and optimize Neo4j Fabric, Airbyte, Kafka, and dbt workloads across clouds • Configure GPU-enabled EC2 and manage cost optimization using Spot and TCO tracking • Implement Sumo Logic and OpenTelemetry pipelines for structured logging and distributed tracing • Configure environment-segmented Slack alerting and maintain health and cost dashboards • Own and enforce GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines • Integrate Codecov, SonarQube, and dbt tests into CI/CD flows • Ensure reproducible builds and audit-ready logs • Administer IAM roles and enforce MFA across AWS, GCP, GitHub, and Auth0 • Manage secrets using 1Password CLI and scan codebases with TruffleHog and GitGuardian • Configure Lambda/GCS malware scanning for file storage • Automate SOC 2 control evidence collection and integrate compliance checks with GitHub Actions, Slack, and Sumo Logic • Maintain structured audit folders across GCS/S3, Jira, and Confluence • Support quarterly access reviews and rotation monitoring • Deliver workload migrations, Terraform provisioning, centralized logging, distributed tracing, CI/CD enforcement, and SOC 2 evidence automation within the first 90 days • Collaborate directly with the CTO and engineering leads

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles • Proven background in AWS and GCP operations, ideally multi-cloud • Proficiency with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and IaC security best practices • Experience with Sumo Logic and OpenTelemetry SDKs (Node.js, Python, JS) • Working knowledge of Neo4j, Airbyte, Kafka, dbt, and BigQuery • Experience implementing SOC 2 / ISO 27001 security and evidence frameworks • Strong written and spoken English communication • B2B contractor engagement • Nice-to-have: experience with Prometheus/Grafana dashboards • Nice-to-have: prior work with 1Password CLI, Auth0, or Salesbricks • Nice-to-have: familiarity with AWS Config, GCP Policy Analyzer, or compliance-as-code tooling
