• Responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise Master Data Management solutions. • Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions for Commercial domains (HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Product, Territory, Customer hierarchies). • Define golden record strategy, survivorship rules, match/merge logic, and data stewardship workflows. • Establish MDM reference architecture aligned to enterprise data strategy and regulatory requirements. • Configure and manage Informatica MDM including data models, match rules, trust frameworks, and hierarchies. • Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS. • Define and enforce data quality rules, KPIs, and exception handling. • Act as a subject matter expert for Commercial master data. • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Market Access, and Analytics teams. • Engage senior stakeholders to align data standards, priorities, and roadmap. • Provide thought leadership on MDM best practices and operating models.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in MDM implementations within Life Sciences / Pharma • Strong expertise in Informatica MDM (Customer 360 / Multidomain) • Strong experience designing and building ETL pipelines using Informatica or equivalent tools • Proven experience working with Commercial Pharma data domains (HCP/HCO, affiliations, sales, CRM)
