📋 Description

• Support multiple teams or a complex, cross-functional product or value stream • Facilitate complex discussions, planning events, retrospectives, workshops, and decision-making sessions involving multiple teams and senior stakeholders • Coach and mentor teams and stakeholders in Agile practices • Identify and address systemic impediments, organizational constraints, delivery risks, and cross-team dependencies • Distinguish between team-level, product-management, engineering, and broader organizational impediments • Manage product backlogs, product goals, sprint goals, prioritization, capacity, and value-based delivery • Use quantitative and qualitative delivery data to identify patterns and guide continuous improvement • Work with Agile delivery-management tools including Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalent platforms • Influence stakeholders and leadership without direct reporting authority • Operate effectively with distributed, multicultural, and cross-functional teams in ambiguous, rapidly changing, and complex environments

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in project management and application development • Working knowledge of program management approaches, tools, and methodologies in Agile environments • Experience leading Scrum ceremonies • Experience in Release Management, Change Management, and Project Management • Experience working on Data Science, AI, or advanced analytics programs (preferred) • Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as Azure or AWS • Strong experience in program governance, reporting, and risk management • Substantial experience as a Scrum Master / Agile delivery manager • Demonstrated success supporting multiple teams or a complex, cross-functional product or value stream • Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Lean, and Agile principles • Experience facilitating complex discussions, planning events, retrospectives, workshops, and decision-making sessions involving multiple teams and senior stakeholders • Coaching, mentoring, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management capabilities • Experience identifying and addressing systemic impediments, organizational constraints, delivery risks, and cross-team dependencies • Understanding of product backlog management, product goals, sprint goals, prioritization, capacity management, and value-based delivery • Experience using quantitative and qualitative delivery data to identify patterns and guide improvement • Working knowledge of Agile delivery-management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalent platforms • Experience working with distributed, multicultural, and cross-functional teams • Ability to influence stakeholders and leadership without direct reporting authority • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing, and complex environments
