📋 Description

• Take full accountability for client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution of data, analytics, and AI initiatives • Translate complex business problems into viable, scalable analytics and AI solutions • Manage, cultivate, and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders • Ensure alignment, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional client experiences • Lead and support cross-functional delivery teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts • Ensure high-quality project execution • Lead strategic engagements delivering enterprise-wide AI adoption, cloud-native data modernization, and measurable business outcomes • Collaborate with AI, data, engineering, and consulting talent across geographies • Grow strategic client partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 9-15 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in HR analytics • Experience in supporting enterprise-level HR data and analytics transformation initiatives • Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs, such as headcount, attrition, turnover, span of control, and workforce productivity • Ability to lead discovery workshops, engage senior HR and business leaders, and guide the technical team on approach • Strong ability to oversee, support, and unblock cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project delivery • Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, pitch solutions, and drive account expansion • Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes • Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
