📋 Description

• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression over the phone, by email, and through virtual client interactions • Coordinate showroom appointments and connect clients with the appropriate sales representative • Respond to client inquiries, provide timely updates, and follow through on open requests • Assist sales representatives with sample requests, quoting, order placement, tracking, and returns • Maintain detailed customer interaction records in the CRM system • Develop and maintain knowledge of TileBar’s product offerings, systems, and services • Work with showroom staff and internal teams through phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools • Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery • Coordinate client handoffs and follow-up tasks with showroom teams • Represent TileBar professionally and positively while contributing to its service-driven culture

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant customer service or sales support experience • 2+ years of industry experience in Tile, Natural Stone, Textile, Furniture, Building Materials, or Supply Chain industries preferred • Experience working with Commercial Contractors • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations • Proficiency in CRM systems (required) • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask across multiple projects • Excellent interpersonal, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members across departments • Availability to work assigned customer service hours, including weekends and evenings as needed • Reliable internet access and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for handling client calls and confidential customer information • Ability to remain responsive during scheduled working hours, attend virtual team meetings, and manage priorities with minimal supervision
