📋 Description

• Device setup, configuration, networking and/or training end-users • Communicate with end-users regarding training and installation expectations • Perform or coordinate follow-up training activities • Work closely with Topcon and customer IT departments • Stay up to date with the latest developments in clinical applications • Support sales activity by performing product demos • Support trade show activities • Support Technical Support and Field Service Technicians

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in health science • 2 to 4 years related experience • 3-5 years clinical experience in ophthalmic environment • Hands on experience with configuration, installations, and networking • COT, COMT, COMP, CCOA, RO, IJCAHPO certification a plus
