β€’ Oversee daily operations and team performance in Service Desk and IT Operations β€’ Act as subject matter expert for complex issues β€’ Lead alignment and improvement of Service Desk processes β€’ Monitor support services for continuous improvement β€’ Manage hardware and software support requests β€’ Coach and develop team members β€’ Conduct performance reviews and assist in recruitment β€’ Manage budget planning and expenses

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Post-secondary degree or diploma in Technology or equivalent experience β€’ 7+ years’ experience in a help desk or IT services capacity β€’ 2+ years of managerial experience in a professional services environment β€’ Technical knowledge and experience supporting computer software and hardware β€’ Proficient in MS Office product suite β€’ Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels β€’ Proven leadership and collaboration abilities β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills
