• You manage and develop your customers in line with the company's defined objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures • You acquire new customers with consideration for profitability and the continuous identification of market potential • You provide professional advice on sales promotion materials while adhering to the Quality Group's financial guidelines and continuously monitoring market changes and competitors

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience in field sales, retail sales, or the food retail sector • Ideally, you have commercial training (e.g., vocational training in business/commerce) • You are a strong communicator, negotiate confidently, and enjoy networking • You enjoy working with metrics and sales and are passionate about our products • You are comfortable using digital media and like to contribute new ideas • You hold a valid driver's license (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your place of residence
