📋 Description

• Conduct onboarding and deliver product-specific training for clients and users; • Assist clients across multiple channels (WhatsApp, support software/ticketing systems, email, etc.); • Manage an assigned client portfolio proactively and with a personalized approach; • Develop and implement strategic plans for the routines and processes under your responsibility; • Prepare periodic reports and performance summaries; • Implement solutions and continuous improvements; • Be able to handle multiple products and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong team player; • Familiarity with customer support tools (video conferencing, email, etc.); • Proactive attitude; • Experience in B2B customer support or customer success; • Fluent in English or Spanish; • Experience working in technology companies.
