📋 Description

• Provide remote support for, troubleshoot, upgrade, and investigate Trane Digital Systems • Support Upper Midwest regions’ digital and controls offerings • Support commissioning, programming, graphics updates, communications links, end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and servicing of digital agreement clients • Document digital analytics and validate sequences of operation • Service products and equipment on assigned projects and ensure customer satisfaction • Identify, diagnose, and remotely resolve equipment and systems-related issues at client locations • Coordinate with team leaders and customers to understand requirements for remote services and repairs • Examine building layouts, forecast issues, gather analytics, and synchronize required on-site work • Maintain current knowledge of Trane products, installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of direct digital control systems • Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school required • At least 7 years of experience in HVAC/Controls • 5–7 years of BAS (building automation) experience preferred • Technical School or formal training preferred • Strong operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software • Working proficiency with handheld computers such as smartphones and iPads • Previous experience with DDC controls systems preferred • Ability to work 7AM to 4PM local time • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business requires, including occasional overnight stays • Ability to pass additional drug screening for this safety-sensitive role
