• 10+ years’ experience in complex defined contribution plan administration. • Experience with complex ESOP administration and compliance testing. • Possess QPA or QKA certification. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Self-motivated and detail oriented. • Ability to work independently and set priorities with minimal supervision while effectively managing a complex caseload. • Excellent written/oral communication, organization, and client service skills required. • Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients. • Interpret documents and resolve technical problems. • Available to work overtime to cover peak workloads and other business needs. • Prior Management experience preferred.
