📋 Description
• Define and build the platform's architecture • Oversee engineering direction and execution • Lead development of the Rust backend including APIs, microservices • Manage real-time messaging infrastructure • Oversee OleX token and payments architecture • Build backend framework for AI-powered features • Ensure security, scalability, performance in various environments
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10+ years as a CTO at early-stage startups • Strong background in Rust and is an active coder • Experience in remote teams across multiple time zones • Proven startup leader with capacity to mentor and develop junior engineers • Willing to work for deferred compensation until funding closes • Ideally has access to capital or investor connections.
