📋 Description

• Bookkeeping for multiple public and private clients across varied industries • Maintain various audit working papers • Liaise directly with clients’ external auditors and understand the audit process • Work with different functional currencies and foreign exchange transactions • Maintain organized electronic records of invoices and statements • Manage GST and PST filings for clients • Complete other administrative tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• Has or is in progress of a Bachelors degree • Has or is in progress of a program that meets all of the prerequisites for the CPA Professional Education Program • Can navigate the tribulations of formatting documents in Word • Is comfortable working in Excel • Works well under the pressure of deadlines • Is interested in taking on challenging work to grow their skills within a supportive learning environment • Embraces new technology • Is extremely detail-oriented and meticulous • Is planning on pursuing CPA designation • Resume required • Official or unofficial transcript required • Desired start date must be indicated in resume filename • Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is a bonus • Customer service or client service experience is a bonus • Exposure to QuickBooks and Sage 50 is a bonus
