📋 Description

• Act as a business partner to client Program Managers, creating scalable reporting processes and supporting accountability for actual results • Assist in developing a continuous forecasting discipline and improving KPIs and business performance • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes • Prepare and refine financial presentations for leadership and board-level reporting • Deliver monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance insights • Assist with accruals, journal entries, and other month-end close tasks • Collaborate with operations to align financial data with business drivers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment • CPA is an asset but not required • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills • Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Claude is a plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
