📋 Description

• Build and nurture a trusted network among VPs of Talent, People leaders, and founders in Berlin. • Attend, co-host, and sponsor ~3-4 high-quality events per month. • Collaborate closely with Tribe’s marketing team to design local partnership and event strategies. • Identify and develop warm opportunities through your network and introductions. • Maintain transparent forecasting and pipeline management in HubSpot. • Partner with Tribe’s Delivery Directors to define client needs and scope proposals. • Act as a visible Tribe ambassador in the Berlin ecosystem. • Design and implement the structure behind the ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, existing network in the European People/Talent ecosystem (Berlin priority). • 7+ years in recruiting and 2+ years in consultative B2B sales/partnerships or client leadership in recruiting/agency/RPO/HR/Professional services. • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (CHROs, founders, VPs) with high EQ and credibility. • Proven ability to run events, navigate partnerships, and move opportunities from warm intro to signed agreement. • Strong ownership mindset; you thrive with autonomy and ambiguity. • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
