📋 Description

• Review content created by junior writers for scientific accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client objectives • Author scientific content when required, including manuscripts, slide decks, leave-behinds, clinical summaries, HCP-facing materials, and other MedEd assets • Provide strategic input on oncology-related content, product and therapy areas, reference substantiation, and brand-message alignment • Participate in review meetings • Conduct literature searches across platforms including PubMed and EMBASE • Ensure deliverables are medically and scientifically balanced, evidence-based, appropriately referenced, current, and aligned with customer requirements • Mentor and guide junior writers • Coordinate with medical writing, project lead, graphics, and client teams • Work with medical affairs teams during congresses, product launches, and key data releases • Coordinate and lead prioritization of MedComm deliverables • Adapt to new technologies and platforms related to the domain • Adapt to client workflows, systems, and approval processes

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, post-doctoral, etc.) • 6–9 years of experience in medical writing and scientific content development • Demonstrated expertise in MedEd content creation • Strong accountability, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment • Extensive experience reviewing content for scientific accuracy, compliance, referencing, and editorial alignment • Proven ability to deliver high-quality content across multiple formats, including slide decks and HCP-facing materials • Strong understanding of global, including US, pharmaceutical industry standards and practices • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills • Ability to work under tight timelines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to quickly onboard and integrate with the client’s internal team and workflows • Fluent in French and English • Ability to use literature search platforms including PubMed and EMBASE • Understanding of review platforms such as Veeva
