📋 Description

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting rhythms, owning GTM forecasts for bookings, ARR, pipeline, and headcount • Own budget-versus-actuals updates for GTM functions and identify variances in sales capacity, marketing spend, and customer acquisition metrics • Develop board-ready materials and financial narratives on growth performance, efficiency, and ROI • Support top-down and bottom-up financial planning for 2026 and beyond, including sales capacity modeling, quota planning, and growth scenarios • Build models and templates for GTM investment decisions, including hiring, target setting, and marketing mix • Drive strategic projects involving pricing and packaging, sales compensation economics, vendor optimization, and ROI analysis • Assist with investor reporting and fundraising by articulating GTM strategy, unit economics, and the path to efficient scale • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, executives, the board, and investors • Report to the Head of Strategic Finance • Apply AI to accelerate and reimagine finance workflows and problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience across investment banking, investing, consulting, or finance at a high-growth tech company • Experience supporting revenue-driving or customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or Customer Success) strongly preferred • Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills • Clarity and polish in writing and presentations • Experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles • Ability to work independently and proactively drive outcomes • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred • MBA a plus • Applied AI fluency expected, including using AI to accelerate workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage • Legally authorized to work in the current country of employment
